Return Eligibility

To request a return, please email us at onlythebest@goldstarhotlinks.com within 5 days of receiving your order. All returns must be preapproved and assigned an RMA# by our team. Please include the RMA# with your return shipment.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days once approved.

Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used perishable food items unless they were received in a spoiled or damaged condition. If your product arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours with supporting photos.

Non-Perishable Items

  • Unused non-perishable items, such as apparel, may be returned if:
  • Accompanied by the original receipt
  • Returned in the country of original purchase
  • Still in new condition

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned outside of our stated policy.
